What are the dates of convention?

When can I register?

  • Team Elites: June 26, 2015
  • Blue Diamonds: July 13, 2015 (limit 2 per account)
  • Ruby and above: July 16, 2015 (limit 2 per account)
  • Executive and above: July 20, 2015 (limit 2 per account)
  • Open to all markets: July 24, 2015 (no limit)
  • General Registration: July 28, 2015

Registration will open at 7:00 a.m. (MDT) on the days indicated above. We are anticipating the convention to sell out quickly so you will want to secure your seat soon!

Do I need to be a Nu Skin Distributor to register?

Yes. A distributor ID will be required to access the registration form. You will need your Nu Skin username and password to being your registration.

Why do I need to register my guest?

Credentials are required to enter any of the convention events. When you register your guest they will receive a badge that will allow them access into the sessions and Experience Nu Skin area.

How do I book a hotel?

We have arranged for special rates with some of your favorite hotels in close proximity to all the convention events. There is a limited amount of discounted rooms available. These rooms can be reserved when you register for convention on the Nu Skin convention website. Only one reservation can be made per distributor. A link will be made available at the end of your registration process. Otherwise, you can contact the hotels separately and inquire about pricing and availability.

How can I modify my hotel reservation?

You can make modifications to your hotel reservation based upon availability using the link found in your hotel confirmation email.

Which airport should I fly into?

Salt Lake City International Airport (Airport code: SLC) is located about 10 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City.

Is Nu Skin offering discounts on flights to convention

How do I know if I will be recognized?  What do I need to do to be recognized?

How much do tickets cost?

The cost to register is $299 USD per person until August 3, 2015. Starting August 3rd at 12:00 am the price increases to $350 USD.

How can I cancel my ticket?

Registrations can be cancelled ($50 USD non-refundable fee). Your confirmation number and registration overview will be needed to make any changes and can be found in your registration confirmation email which was sent upon finalizing registration. Please note that no transferring of tickets will be permitted.

What can I modify on my registration?

You will be able to modify your corporate tour time and Force for Good Gala tickets (based upon availability).

How many chairs per table at the Force For Good Gala?

There are 10 chairs per table. Each chair is $450 USD and each table of 10 chairs is $4,000 USD.

Getting Around Salt Lake City

How do I get from the airport to my hotel?

  • Some hotels provide a shuttling service and reservations can be made by calling the hotel.
  • Taxis are available outside the baggage claim area and cost is estimated at $20 USD.
  • FrontRunner/Trax is a public transportation option with an estimated cost of $2.50 USD one-way and can be boarded outside Terminal 1. More information can be found a their website:

How do I get from the hotel to the Salt Palace Convention Center and Energy Solutions Arena?

Many hotels are located within walking distance to both the convention center and the Energy Solutions Arena. However, taxis (pricing varies due to location) and Trax (no cost in the downtown area) are other available options.

On-site at Convention

What is the appropriate dress code?

Business casual for all general sessions. If being recognized, formal attire is appropriate.

What languages are available for simultaneous interpretation?

Other languages may be added based upon attendance.

Many sessions will have speakers in various languages so all attendees will receive a headset for simultaneous interpretation. Please bring your headset to all sessions.

Are children permitted into sessions and other events?

Only those with official Nu Skin credentials from registration will be admitted into sessions and events. If a child is 3 years of age or more he/she will need to be registered and possess the proper credentials to be allowed in. Children 2 years old and younger do not need to be registered.

Will Wi-Fi be available?

Locations where Wi-Fi is available will be indicated on-site.

Where will Wi-Fi be available on-site?

Wi-Fi will be available in the experience area and in the south lobby of the Salt Palace Convention Center.

Will charging stations for personal electronics be available on-site?

Charging stations will be available on a first come, first served basis at the social media booth in the experience area and in the south lobby of the Salt Palace Convention Center.

Can I purchase products for my downline?

No. There will be no opportunity to purchase product for other Distributor ID numbers.  You may only purchase product for the distributor ID number on your name badge.  Please remember the international product limit of 2 per product is in effect.

Corporate Tours

I am already registered for convention. How do I sign up for a tour?

If you are registered for the convention, we encourage you to also register for a corporate tour through the registration site. In order to ride the Nu Skin bus from Salt Lake City to the Nu Skin Innovation Center, you will need to modify your registration. Please return to the convention registration site ( and click “modify registration.” You will need the e-mail you registered with and then you may select an available tour time. Corporate Tours are US$30 per person. Registered tour attendees will receive a wristband upon arrival, which will be required to enter the building.

I am registered for convention but want to come with my own group to tour the Nu Skin Innovation Center. How do I sign up for an independent tour?

If you will be chartering a bus or coming independent of the Nu Skin Convention Tour, please contact your upline Blue Diamond or Team Elite. They will have the opportunity to register for group independent tours during their convention registration.

Blue Diamonds/Team Elites:

During your convention registration, click on the option to register for an Independent Tour. You will then be able to select a time for you to bring a group. The cost is US$30 for each person you bring on the Independent Tour. You will be contacted in the first week of August to finalize the number of your group during which time payment will be collected.

I have already notified my account manager of my plans to tour the building. Do I still need to register?

Yes. Because of the number of individuals coming to tour the building, we cannot guarantee the time of your tour unless you register appropriately. We realize that some individuals may need to change travel plans slightly, but hope that our extension of times on Wednesday and the additional time scheduled on Saturday will make this a bit easier. Our goal is to provide a seamless, once in a lifetime experience for each distributor who tours the building, but in order to do so, we must control the flow of visitors.

How much does an independent tour cost?

Any tour taking place during convention will cost US$30 per person. We encourage you to work with your upline Blue Diamond or Team Elite who has the ability to register groups of independent tours.

What are the dates/times that we are able to tour the building?

Tuesday, October 6, 2015           11:00 AM – 5:00 PM*

Wednesday, October 7, 2015      7:00 AM – 7:00 PM*

Saturday, October 10, 2015         12:00 PM – 4:00 PM*

*Please note that the start times listed here are bus boarding times in Salt Lake City at the Salt Palace Convention Center. The tour time in Provo is 1 hour later than the time you select on this site. For example, if you choose a tour time here of 12:00 pm your tour in Provo will begin at 1:00 pm.

What if I cannot come on the dates and times available?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate special requests during the Convention Corporate Tours. Tours of the building will only be available during these specified times. Please make the appropriate arrangements.

Who will guide me through the tour?

The tour of the Nu Skin Innovation Center will be self-guided. Signage as well as employees stationed along the route will lead you through this exciting new building. Special tour guides for specific groups will not be available during the Convention Tours.

Will the tour ushers speak my language?

We will have a number of language speaking volunteers on hand during the tour in order to answer questions that may arise. All signage for the tour will be translated into English, Japanese, Mandarin, Chinese, and Korean.  Be sure to download a QR code scanning app on your phone or iPad for additional signage and translations during the tour.

Will we be able to purchase product in Provo?

No, product will not be available to be purchased in Provo. All product sales will take place in the Salt Palace Convention Center in the Experience Nu Skin area.

How long will the Nu Skin Innovation Center tour take?

The Innovation Center tour will take approximately 1 hour. Remember the Innovation Center is located in Provo, Utah which is 1 hour from Salt Lake City.

What is included in the tour?

This incredible opportunity will include: Exclusive access to tour executive offices, a beautiful keepsake brochure, a tour of the Innovation Center, and access to the new Pavilion.

Are individuals who are not signed up for Convention allowed to take a tour?

Yes, however they must pay the tour registration fee of US$30. All individuals must display a wristband in order to enter the building, which will be provided upon arrival for all registered groups. A very limited number of wristbands will be available for purchase onsite. In order to ensure your opportunity to tour the building, please work with your upline Blue Diamond or Team Elite to register in advance.

If driving my own car, where can I park?

When you arrive you will be directed to a parking garage located south of the Nu Skin Innovation Center. Tours will only be available during the hours indicated on the convention agenda and no exceptions will be made for people who arrive outside of those hours.

Where will the independent tour buses park and receive wristbands?

Upon completion of the independent tour registration, upline Blue Diamonds or Team Elites will receive specific instructions from Nu Skin including a map and information on where to park and where to obtain the wristbands for entrance into the building.

Will the warehouse be open for tours during convention?

Unfortunately, no formal tours will take place at the warehouse.
